When anyone can post a review it is totally open to abuse. The site is useful but only to get an overview of what is out there. I personally use it then look at the accommodation web site directly and usually book direct from that point.
I saw a review about some place from someone and they had not even stayed. What was the point in that!
I find other review sites much more reliable because it is open to people who have actually stayed at a place.
