My friend and I were treated to a spa day by our husbands for Christmas via Travel Zoo at the Spa at the Thames Club for Christmas. We have tried on numerous occasions to book this day to no avail!! They don't return left voice mails and our husbands feel had they paid on the day, we may have received better service. Our planned spa day is unbookable as the spa don't respond to voice mails or pick up their phones. As its already paid for I'm sure the Spa at the Thames Club puts us at the bottom of their list. Still unable to book and we are now into March! Poor, poor service!
