DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - 1 MONTH ON AND STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SORT MY ISSUE

1) The phone number you have on your website and gave me is wrong, it does not work.
2) I have rang 4 times, emailed around 10 times to get an invoice. After being promised it many times, over four weeks later I still do not have it.
3) I booked a flight from Sydney to Cancun 6 months ago, today I have found out that I am not sat with the person I booked with. No supervisor present to speak to, the customer service person couldn't understand that seat 18e and 19e are not next to each other, they are in different rows! When I asked for the supervisor to call me this never happened.
4) If you ring the UK number - it isn't the UK you are calling, it is India - beware for when you get your phone bill after being on hold for half an hour and calling numerous times

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY
