Charged me for a flight for my husband and I. Flight was cancelled by the air line but no refund was given.Spoke to the air line who said Opodo paid them no money.Three amounts taken from my account by Opodo,amounting to £506.11
Opodo refuse to accept responsibility for cancellation and so far ignore my emails but tell me my account will be refunded each time I call.
I urge any one wishing to travel not to use this site as you may well be disappointed and seriously out of pocket.
