Opodo didn't send through a flight confirmation, after a few chases before the flight i presumed they would refund me since they couldn't send a confirmation - instead they constantly hang up the phone on me and refuse the refund or take my calls. I have been professional the whole time and never said anything out of line, they clearly haven't been trained to deal with complaints as as soon as i question them they hang up the phone.
