A day before the flight i went to check-in online, realised they hadn't included my flight booking code in my 'confirmation email'. so i had to call again and wait again. first person hung up on me, second person said he couldn't hear me, third person said she'd send me the confirmation email - what a f'ing joke!!!! the email never came through!
I decided to call the airline direct and they said they had no record of my booking!!!!
I sent an online query to Opodo - and no response considering i was flying out the next day.
What was meant to be a enjoyable break ended up being full of stress pre-arrival.
I returned my Barcelona yesterday, and they responded to my online query today! Also when i checked out i had to pay the other tax charges which opodo didnt even cover OR inform me of!!!
I HATE opodo and their customer service team with a passion and i will never ever use them again.
