Shocking!!

On Jan 13th I attempted to buy 4 tickets to Faro from London. The prices on the website continually increased and the website froze repeatedly. I called the customer services team who said I could book over the phone. I went through the process and just before payment confirmation I was informed that the price had increased considerably. I said I did NOT want these flights and that I did NOT want to continue the booking process.
I was assured that the flights were not booked and when I asked for confirmation of this in an email I was told it was no problem!
Following this I did not receive the requested email but I did receive confirmation of flights from Monarch and Easy Jet.
Ever since I have been in touch with Opodo nearly every day! Phone calls and emails as id like a refund for the flights I did NOT want to book!. I have been fobbed off and gone all round the houses to get absolutely no where! No refund, no sorry nothing!!The three emails I have received have been terribly written, full of spelling mistakes and one addressed to the wrong name. Each email says the same thing. Ridiculous
Who holds these damn people accountable for their actions??? gggggggggrrrrrrr
