opodo is a horrendous outfit - could not change a flight within europe - on hold a total of three hours - can't change on line or by e-mail - they are absolutely the worst ever. i am a very experienced traveler, many decades, and have dealt with many frustrating situations but this was truly the worst. if there were a rating of zero i would use it
