After cancelling flights valued at £1700 I had to cancel and get a refund. I knew I had some admin and cancellation charges. Opodo then took £100 of these charges in addition rather than deducting from my refund. They said 10-15 days for refund. 6 weeks later and nothing paid back to me. After calling the excuse is it was escalated to a manager in Barcelona and they are waiting for an answer. This is just not acceptable. DO NOT USE OPODO
