We booked flights with Opodo.de. We got the email confirmation saying that everything went through and that IF there was a problem we would get contacted within 24 hours. The day before we were going to leave we wanted to check in online. Once we typed in the booking number, they said they could not find our booking! So we had a lot of stress trying to call the call centre (of course they were no help). We ended up having to book with another company and had to fly through Bogota just to get to Peru. We lost time getting there and ended up having to pay more for our flights in the end. Customer service is atrocious. Save yourself stress and book somewhere else.
