They have no form of customer service at all. They keep you waiting on the phones and in the end NEVER resolve your issues. My ticket was cancelled by the airline and Opodo refused to change the dates saying I should contact the airline. They kept giving different responses and hardly picked up the phone. I'm still stranded. I will never use again and will advise you to not waste your money because once they have it they will just ignore you.
