I BOUGHT 2 TICKETS RETURN TO VANCOUVER FROM MANCHESTER VIA LONNDON HEATHROW I ALSO USED THEM TO BOOK THE HOTEL SUITE, BUT I TOOK TIME SELECTING THE SUITE UPGRADE WE REQUIRED. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE FLIGHT BOOKING IT HAD TIME LOCKED OUT SO I HAD TO REDOO IT. I CHECKED ITINARY TIMES DATES AIRPORTS ALL WAS CORRECT SO BOOKED IT. WHEN I RECIEVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL IT HAD CHANGING AT GATWICK FIRST AND MAKING OUR OWN WAY TO HEATHROW IN A TIME SCALE THAT WOULD BE INNUFFICIENT TO MAKE OUR ONWARD FLIGHT TO VANCOUVER. PHONED THEM THEY WHERE CLOSED, PHONED THEM AT 9AM NEXT MORNING GREATED WITH VERY ABRUPT INFLEXABLE CUSTOMER DONT CARE STAFF. AND NO LEAWAY EXECPT TO PAY £200 AIRLINE TICKET CHANGE FEE PLUS £50 OPODO FEE PLUS £22 POUND TAXES TOTALING £272. I AM ABSOLOUTLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY I HAVE WROTE SEVERAL EMAILS AS PHONING IS POINTLESS AS THEY JUST LEAVE YOU HANGING AT 10PENCE A MINUTE THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED ANY OF MY EMAILS I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STEER WELL CLEAR OF OPDO (OVER PRICED DIRE OPTION)AS I CERTAINLY WILL I ALSO WISH I HAD READ THE SHOCKING REVEIWS ON HERE FIRST.
