When I had a trouble in finding an airport car park via Opodo for the flight day, the reference number printed on the confirmation letter was not recognized by a on-site airport staff. Due to the early morning, Opodo customer desk was out of service. Eventually I missed a flight and booked another one via Opodo. They did not care about my incident at all even after writing a letter to them.
