I have never in my life dealt with such an inflexible, unfriendly company. Looking at the other reviews, no wonder their customer services team aren't helpful, they are probably so grumpy over having so many complaints all time!! So wish I had read these reviews before I booked with them. I made an error in booking the wrong day - OK, take full responsibility for that - but I rang them straight away, and it was going to cost me more than DOUBLE the inital fare with the stupid admin fees etc to change it to the day before. Give me a frigging break. They were horrible at getting back to me and just so unhelpful. Oh and of course if I wanted to cancel and go with someone else - I would only get the taxes back. Ridiculous. Won't touch these guys again.
