(Name removed) has been finding fantastic deals for me Burma, North Korea and Vietnam for a number of years. His patience, professionalism and great deals and overall service has been absolutely great. He phones when he says, makes every effort to get any requests for stopovers, seating etc and as far as I am concerned I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
