Guys, this is genuine review and I just returned from holidays which was planned by Himalayan explorer, this is a unmanaged and pathetic company, the reasons as listed below, They do not know even if hotels booked are confirmed or not, within my holidays there were 2 hotels were booked by them are actually not booked. The hotel persons refused to entered. I did not know why I booked holidays with them. They provided me 1* hotels as alternative, so did not have choice. Please keep away from this agency and do not book any holidays unless you have to ruin your holidays. I was individually managing my holidays and did not know why I recruited this holiday company. Note: I have all details of this review, if anybody wants to review.

After a long tiring but beautiful drive frm delhi when i reached this place all i wanted was to relax in the manali chill nd have a comfartable stay. The suite booked from Himalayan Explorer ,was excellent with all things needed for a comfy stay..himalayan explorer manali staff was helpful nd soft spoken specially my interaction with the manager Mr. Susheel. He was helpful nd made sure my stay was worth a memory. Arrangements regarding local sightseeing nd information was well provided nd we were guided well....nt those budget kind hotels but wat they offer justifies there costs completely...no complaints...must recommended
