“Terrible Customer service”

All in all the holiday we booked with Weekender Breaks was good. That was until we had to leave to go home. Our flight home had been brought forward, so we arrived at the airport to find that our flight had already left. We were told by the airline that the flight had been brought forward and that an email was sent, however Weekender Breaks failed to forward this email notifying us of the change. We had to wait around for hours for the next flight. If Weekender Breaks had just forwarded the changes and actually cared for their customers, I would in fact be writing a positive review right now.
