quick service on phone - call back taken within 5 minutes - options given for different hotel - locations facilities etc. Flight options detailed. polite staff very attentive to details. I would recommend to family and friend. very good value for money . Noyhing to dislike at present - waiting for confirmation and will see how the holiday goes when am there. liked the fact Auschwich trip booked at same time as holiday so do not need to worry about that.
