When you book the service is fab. However, when things go wrong the customer service dept is apalling. We booked last year to go to Spain. When we arrived at hotel, they had overbooked and we ended up being transferred to a very different type of hotel, full of children and our original booking had been adults only. When we called qwerty travel their response was unsympathetic and we told we should have read the small print. Moral? What you pay for may not be where you end up and Qwerty don't give a damn should this happen, as the small print means things can change. They made all sorts of excuses when what we needed to hear was how sorry they were not that it 'wasnt their fault'. Only when l wrote twice did we receive a small discount and that took 3 months. Sorry but l can't recommend anyone use a company who can sell you a holiday and then transfer you to somewhere totally different without the slightest apology. A very unhappy week we had.
