I was impressed with the booking service and th erepresentative who organised the holiday. I was not happy with being called Guy I am most opposed to English people using American slang and I find the use offensive. I am not a guy and feel that customer service training needs to be addressed. The confirmation email came through very quickly and it was all correct except for one minor effor on the form, this was addressed by the representative. Following a telephone call from me. I was given all the information I needed to make my decision. All my queries where answered and I felt that the information I was given was clear.
