On booking a holiday with qwerty travel for the first time, I was quoted £419 for flights from East Midlands, so I changed my holiday dates to accommodate these flights. On receiving my paperwork I discovered I had been charged in excess of £600 for flights and one 20kg suitcase. When requesting an explanation for the substantial price difference, I was told that the blame laid with the airlines over which they had no control. I found the staff generally very unhelpful and they were unable to give me any genuine reason for the hike in the airfare. Their attitude was one of 'shut up and put up' This is one travel company I will steer well clear of in the future and would Advise all other travellers to do likewise.

I am very sorry to hear of your experience. Flight prices do fluctuate vastly by airline and this is out of our control but you should have been informed.
