never EVER book with qwerty travel... EVER!!!!

First things first, this company is so bad they do not even deserve a star rating. In June of this year, I booked a holiday for my boyfriend and I to depart on the 19th of October. We were both very excited, so when the day came (the 18th) before we were set to go, I recieved a phone call stating that our holiday had to be cancelled. Fair enough this was out of qwerty travels hands, but there was no refund available and I would have been out of pocket by almost £800, however what happened next was unexpected. They called us 5 hours before we were due to depart to say we were still able to go and that everything had been reinstated. We were so happy. When we went to check in we were told we had been charged for 3 bags... I was very confused and said that this was not correct (so we kept our tags etc and emails saying we only wanted 2 bags and confirmation emails to prove all this) but we just carried on as we didnt want to ruin our holiday over £30. When we arrived in corfu, we went to check into our transfers to our hotel to find we were not on the list. With no taxi services available due to strikes and nothing the woman could do other than print out our cancellation invoice, we were left stranded at corfu airport, no where near our hotel. We had to use our only spending money to hitch a lift with a man we didnt even know. Over all my boyfriend and I spent £100 which we should have never spent. I am furious and I am still awaiting a reply from this company. It is safe to say that qwerty travel is a joke, and I will never book with them again.
