Warning please read this review before even thinking of placing a booking with this outfit. We booked a holiday to Kos which included flights, transfers and all inclusive accommodation and paid a deposit just shy of a £1000 . “did not get what we payed for”

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the information to print your return boarding cards - this information is on the site at the time of booking but I'm sorry this was not seen.

I'm also sorry that your transfer took so long to get to the the hotel - a shuttle does make the trip longer as they drop at various stops, but if this took longer than advertised on your voucher then I'm very sorry about this. “worst hotel not 4 star”

The hotel was not a 4 star as stated the transfer was over 2 hours the hotel was more like a 2-3 star didn't eat in the hotel or drink from the bar no atmosphere and no entertainment so waist of time having all inclusive. pools up on the roof the bar on the roof no food small drinks if wanted ,closed lunch time no tea or coffee from restaurant during lunch or evening. restaurant closed most of the time just as well as food was fit for nothing. Will never book another holiday through Love Holidays. Hotel booked even though I tried to change before hand was suppose to be a 5 star and was no better than a 2 star. The prices are all directly from the suppliers, so if the flight was expensive on our site then it would have been the same cost directly with Easy Jet. We do strive to offer the best prices that are available at the time and these prices do fluctuate in-line with the suppliers prices.

I hope that you will reconsider booking with us, and you can always check the costs with other suppliers before booking to check that we're offering the best price.

Wouldn't recommend booking online unless you are happy to take your chances and risk wasting money and a week of your life in a hotel which was not even worth two stars let alone its so-called four stars . The restaurant food was grim and cold most nights and there were not enough seats at any time of the day and was very noisy due to it being school holidays . “pointless using them”

Ryanair changed our flight times, which was the whole reason we chose this holiday. Called to see if could change holidays/ hotels and this was not possible. Then had to recall to rearrange transfers as the person never called back. Could not change transfers even though our party had to split due to the flight changes. “Holiday from hell cle resort hotel mamaris Turkey”

We had a stabbing by a member of staff after he was caught twice in a bedroom of a young girl,people dropping likes fllies with Turkish belly because the food was so bad so we ate out even though we were fully inclusive.No hot water for the first 6 days,and only had it then because people were leaving!fights every day,and some at night so no sleep.No rep to complain to as reception said the one on the hotel board was well out of date.It was just a war zone,this holiday was for our twin… Read Full Review

“The worst hotel I had ever”

The hotel was terrible, I had to change my room, because the toilet and a shower didn't work. They don't clean properly....sometimes they didn't change the towels, in the bathroom the shower curtain was moldy. In my new room the problem was the same, when I made a complaint the night porter was rude and he raised his voice. It was incredible. Asked LH for upgrade - no one could help Asked Hotel for upgrade - they choose not to help, the apartments were empty We were placed in a low floor room with no view and a drill woke us up every morning at 0700hrs - a higher floor at front would have had view and less noise No bed linen for us on arrival Had to ask at midday - on our return at midnight this still had not been done, nor the sofa bed fixed and were told this could be sorted in the morning!!
