Having book to go to the Elyess hotel alanya on arrival we were informed by the hotel that it was closed , we had to show our documents before the believed we were booked there we were told that we had to stay at a sister hotel , we would be pick up the following morning if we did not want to stay in the sister hotel , the food in this hotel was extremely bad ended up with a bowl of very weak soup and some bread.Tried to ring customer services at love no answer, The following day they failed… Read Full Review

I have just booked with loveholidays.com, I am seriously regretting it!! I need to make an amendment, and as many others have found, it is impossible to contact customer services. I have been trying for two days to get my amendment resolved. It is unforgivable that the excitement of booking a holiday should be marred with this sort of stress. Following this review I am happy to say my issue has been resolved. I would much rather give praise that criticise, so I am happy to say that I tried again on the phones, after getting no response to my emails, and got through! There are obviously serious issues with the phone and many new members of staff. However, the agent, who dealt with my amendment was efficient, polite and very helpful.

It is panicky when you have spent a lot of money on a holiday and can't reach help if needed. I am hoping this is the last of my concerns with loveholidays. Will keep you posted if otherwise!!

“Awful Customer Services - Non existent!!!!!!”

REF: HAY-856552 I have tried phoning Customer Services countless times and have been on hold for over an hour on each occasion before having to give up and have never got through to an operator. I have also email 4 times requesting to prebook seats for our flights and have received no response. I booked a holiday in february for myself, husband, mother, father and 5 month old baby. i was assured that the baby would be catered for and that i could breast feed on the flight. “Deserted in the middle of nowhere ”

After booking a trip to Crete through loveholidays.com we arrived at the airport to get onto our transfer bus... The bus stopped outside the door for everyone but us- at 11pm we were dropped off on a derelict road and told our hotel was up another road... “Despairing!”

If we had read all the reviews on here prior to booking we would never have gone ahead and booked with Love Holiday. We are due to travel in 3 weeks and despite submitting our API onto the love holiday sites weeks ago Ryanair have no record of us!! It seems that Love Holiday has either booked using a different email or credit card to ours and so we can't access our online booking. “taken my money but have no idea if my holiday is booked”

I,ve just spent the best bit of a day trying to get through to customer services but no joy. Tried new booking and got through straight away but was fobbed of by a rude member of staff who told me to phone customer services which I told her I already have, her answer was its not her problem. I did get an email saying there wasn't a flight available for the extra person i wanted to ad, which i knew there was. I eventually got through on sat am after 40 mins, was told i would have to wait up to 72hrs AGAIN, for the probability that no-one would contact me. had no alternative but to cancel my hotel booking with you. I booked the extra flight myself with monarch (same one we are on) and re booked the hotel elsewhere with another company. It is now thursday, i am still waiting for my refund. If it not too much trouble i would appreciate if you could do this asap.
My ref no is on my review.

“Call centres horrendous”
