The Customer Service Team, if there is one, does not deliver any customer service! They avoid you like a plague and then try and make you a laughing stock by posting complaints on there website. “Worst holiday company EVER!!!!”

I booked with company very happy to take my money for an expensive Turkish holiday. My circumstances over night I was on the phone after being on hold for ages which is always the case explaining the terrible things that had happened to and pleading for assistance I got the rudest most unsympathetic call handler ever!!! “Very bad service”

We booked our holiday with this company and tried to get the low deposits that they offer on line we were told this could not be done and to go back and do it on line if we wanted the low deposits so we did we then found we had to do two bookings as it would not let us book as one family as there was six in our party so we cared on and all seamed fine until we went into our booking reference then to find myself and two of our children were on there but my husband and the other two children… Read Full Review

Hi,

We have just spoken directly to our Customer Services Manager and he has advised that unfortunately, one of your bookings failed to go through at the time of booking and this was because there was limited availability, not because we had double booked your room. We were able to re-book this failed booking for you however due to this limited availability, we could only do so onto an alternative date.

We completely understood the frustration this may have caused you so we waivered the admin fees applicable our end however, we were not able to waiver the Thomson fees hence why we needed to request those extra funds.

We have listened to the calls and we do apologise that you felt you received a rude service, however this was never our intention and all we tried to do was ensure that we relayed all the correct information to you.

Just called loveholidays to discuss a holiday and spoke to someone called Adam who i found to be very rude. I was enquiring about a payment plan and he spoke to me as if i was stupid and should know that some operators dont do them when it clearly says we give all customers the option of a payment plan on their website he didnt even say goodbye and thanks for calling. “found out these take payment out ya bank”

Found out today these people take money out ya bank without permission in my eyes thats theft. Yes we have a booking despite calling them and explaining 1 friend fell and broke her leg and all will be paid in full end april 2 months a head of plan. I found out today they took 531 pound from my bank and the reason i looked at payment plan . On no point did it say you are now comitted . Wouldnt go with them again… Read Full Review

“Rip off GO direct to main DEALERS”

I unfortunately have booked my Thompson Ala carte holiday through them and discovered not only did it cost me more than booking it direct with Thomson but they also want to charge for ore booking seats and private transfers all of which would have been included for less if booked direct. “Do not touch with a barge pole”

This company is one of the worst I have ever had the mis fortune to come across. I had an issue with the payment schedule and the members of staff and manager I spoke to today, were both unhelpful and patronising! Their website is not clear and when trying to express my concern and very politely asking for an amendment, the manager was first not free! “Mis-advised on more than one occasion”

Two prices quoted for the same holiday, given wrong advice as to what the difference was in price and for what! One price was for Villa and the other for main complex,(£90.00 difference),we opted for the Villa, but was advised by loveholidays.com that this was for an upgrade on the flight so didn't bother to book upgrade.
