The resort grounds are very well maintained , that's were it ends. Thirty years ago the Miranula Kiotari seaside hotel might have been acceptable. The rooms are tired badly furnished damp and rot every were . Not even a free bottle of water upon arrival. Towels like sand paper no soap, I had my first hot shower the night before I left. “Refuses to acknowledge complaint”

We had a terrible experience on the commissioned shuttle transfer from the airport to the hotel. We complained to Loveholidays on our return to UK but have received no acknowledgement despite writing again. “Worst holiday I have ever taken ”

Love holidays! I have returned so ill from said holiday that I struggle to write this review. I am sure it's food poisoning but until my test results are returned I will reserve commenting on hotel name. I spoke to 6 different love holiday customer service members on 6 consecutive days because not one of them called me back as they promised they would! I am really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with aspects of your holiday and that you are unwell. If you can provide your LVE reference then we will certainly investigate your concerns. I'm very sorry that you weren't called back when promised - we'll look into this too.

Regarding the hotel rep, Loveholidays are a travel agents therefore we don't provide reps. These are generally only included when booking a package holiday with companies such as Thomas Cook etc.

“No understanding”

I am really sorry to hear about this. If you can please reply with your LVE reference and we will look into the way that the agent spoke to you. As we are a travel agent we cannot issue refunds for our airline suppliers services - that would be something you would need to have discussed with your airline at the airport (although unfortunately most low-cost airlines will not offer any kind of refund on the day of travel). However I am concerned that you feel our response wasn't very empathetic and for this I do apologise - whilst we can't offer refunds on behalf of the suppliers, we certainly should be sympathetic to sensitive situations.

Was so disappointed with hotel. Dirty , and no hot water. All week. Had to eat out every night. I knew I was paying for cheap and cheerful but 600 pounds of my well earned saving. Just gone. Searched with this company "LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM" for somewhere to stay in Gran Canary, we entered 4 adults and 4 children, website then asked us for each of the childrens ages which we put, filled everything out dates etc, it immediately offered us an apartment and we took it as the price was good. Warning please read this review before even thinking of placing a booking with this outfit. We booked a holiday to Kos which included flights, transfers and all inclusive accommodation and paid a deposit just shy of a £1000 . I'm also sorry that your transfer took so long to get to the the hotel - a shuttle does make the trip longer as they drop at various stops, but if this took longer than advertised on your voucher then I'm very sorry about this. The prices are all directly from the suppliers, so if the flight was expensive on our site then it would have been the same cost directly with Easy Jet. We do strive to offer the best prices that are available at the time and these prices do fluctuate in-line with the suppliers prices.
