I have been having the same issue trying to contact them. So far been on hold for 46 mins this morning trying to get through! My booking is love-15585. I have sent so many emails I have lost count! No one ever answers or comes back to you. The only person I seem to be able to get hold of is the rude lady in finance who is no help at all and won't put me through to anyone.

The only number that answers is option 1, I'm in scotland if there office was closer I would be giving them what for face to face bloody ridiculous way to treat customers , won't be using them again if they don't get their act together

I can see by all the previous reviews some are over a year old that nothing has changed with this company they are still appalling and very bad at their job , when I do get an email it is from a different person, not one of them has a clue, the phone line is non existent as you are left on hold for too long, I have been trying to cancel my booking as I decided they are not a reputable company to travel with. I know the person you are trying to block and she will not stand for any nonsense, good job she cancelled her card so they will not be getting any more money, and she is still waiting to hear from them

I would never book with this company again!! They never answer their phones - we have been waiting over three hours on hold, at multiple times to be told that no one could help us and to ring back later!! We have tried emailing - I have sent the same email three times to try and get a response from them, but still nothing!! Initially seemed a decent company, booked holiday to Tunisia with no problems!!! However it's a different matter now we are trying to get our money back! Mmmmm seems the same reply being posted to every other complaint!! My ref is HAY762980.
I have worked out that from Thursday 16 when you started contacting people until the update you posted the other day it appears in a week you have contacted everyone from 16th July to 2 nd September 2 months worth of durations!! this should mean then I will be contacted by Thursday as I go at end of October working on this frame. We'll see, not very optimistic of this happening.

I booked a holiday 3 weeks ago and immediately afterwards wanted to make an amendment. I tried for days and nights to get through to the 'customer service' line and no one answers. I booked a 4 night stay for my partner and I and the mother in law in Morocco. I did plenty of home work before booking the hotel and selecting the room as the mother in law in 61 I didn't want her on a put you up bed or sofa bed. I booked 6 nights in Sharma El Sheilkh at tthe end of April - Easyjet flights and 5 star hotel HOTEL MARITIM JOLIE VILLE ROYAL PENINSULA.
