“DO NOT USE. Worst customer service I have ever...”

I booked a holiday 3 weeks ago and immediately afterwards wanted to make an amendment. I tried for days and nights to get through to the 'customer service' line and no one answers. I sent an e mail which I have had a reply to after 3 weeks which just said 'supplier would not make amendments' I have spoken to said supplier (Thomas Cook)and they have said this is not true and they do make amendments to bookings, however they could not do anything for me directly as I would have to go through… Read Full Review

I booked a 4 night stay for my partner and I and the mother in law in Morocco. I did plenty of home work before booking the hotel and selecting the room as the mother in law in 61 I didn't want her on a put you up bed or sofa bed. I found a CS number on love holidays so I contacted them for advice. The CSA assured me that mum would have a proper bed if we booked a triple room. It would seem I was lucky to make contact with a member of the team, however she was unable to help me. All I want to do was upgrade my accommodation from a triple room to a family. Please take my recent experience of Loveholidays.com as a warning before booking. I booked 6 nights in Sharma El Sheilkh at tthe end of April - Easyjet flights and 5 star hotel HOTEL MARITIM JOLIE VILLE ROYAL PENINSULA. When I arrived at the hotel at 8pm at night, I was told they had no booking for me! I am so stressed with what should be a happy time. This company has changed my flight times without informing us. We fly in 2 weeks and if I hadnt logged into' My Booking' I would never have found out and missed my flight. I'm travelling to Turkey so needed a visa, by changing our outgoing flight to an earlier time, we now have to pay for new visa's. Omg I cant believe it... I was just looking for reviews for loveholidays and come across this!! I have also phoned and emailed soooo many times and no one answers!! I was waiting this morning for one hour and 20 mins on hold and couldn't get thru to anyone!! All week my lunch breaks at work have gone on waiting! I cant believe it.. I really need to speak to someone to make a simple change to a booking which I am willing to pay for and no one wants to know!!!!

I haven't even travelled yet and i m that upset and stressed I just can't look forward to it. I got an email yesterday to say my outgoing flight had changed by 24 hours.... OK we can accept that we can work round it. However my return flight hasn't changed. I've paid the full amount but only getting 6 days. As per the FAQ section of our site and Ryanair procedures, you needed to submit your API through the My Booking section of our site using your HAY ref, lead passenger’s name and date of birth.
