We can highly recommend the H10 hotel for all its facilities, service, food and landscaping. The only gripe would be no soft drinks included on the half board option, including bottled water which I've never known before.
The only factor preventing a five star was the poor transfer service on arrival. We arrived at 18.45pm at the airport fully expecting to make the evening meal on our first night being served until 21.00pm, but were kept waiting in the transfer coach (number 399)for 1.5 hours before setting off. The driver said nothing and didn't explain the delay (your booking conditions say we would be kept no longer than 45 minutes) and there were no obvious late arrivals. This meant we only had a cold platter offering from the hotel at 23:00pm.
As we only had five nights for our holiday this was significant on this occasion and disappointing.

I am really pleased that you had a lovely time at the hotel you stayed at.
I'm sorry to hear that your transfer wasn't up to standard and that you had to wait so long to get your shuttle. I hope this didn't impede on your holiday too much.
