I booked a holiday for next year and paid in full a few days later I called to add one more person to the booking and was told it cost £25 to change which I understood and went ahead and changed the booking , a while later I received the invoice (paid all cost in full again) and to my surprise there was an £100 admin fee so I called up and was told well it goes on per person I was not told this at the time of booking convinantly. I feel that I was totally Miss sold this holiday without given me full details.
I would not use this company again it's a joke.

I'm really sorry to hear about this.
If you could provide your HAY/LVE booking reference then we will look into this for and see what happened here as this doesn't sound quite right.

I have been in contact with the company regarding this matter however I still get told that he did tell me about the fee and yes he did tell me about a fee of £25 not £100 it's an absolute disgrace.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
I will give you my lve number but don't really see the point.
