No local agent to contact re tranfers which took us to wrong hotel to start with then no tranfers for return journey to airport. after changing hotels due to double booking the hotel we were at was very tired needs upgrade

I'm sorry to hear that you had a number of issues during your holiday. If you could please provide your HAY/LVE booking reference then we'll get these issues looked into as your transfer certainly should have turned up and we need to look into why your original hotel was over booked.
