The booking system is easy so have no criticism of how the site works. However, the hotel we booked didnt even come close to the description on the site. It was, quite frankly, the worst place I've ever been to. The week dragged by as we couldn't wait to get back home.
Love holidays needs to take greater care of their descriptions and advice. I have limited mobility and this hotel wasn't described as being unsuitable for me. I'm not sure if I would trust this company again.
