Booked the holiday fine, paid the deposit then three days after I was sent a nasty email saying I had insufficient funds in my account to pay the outstanding balance. Nowhere did it say when I'd booked that they would be taking the balance three days later, I had the money in a different account I was going to pay for the holiday out of some bonus money I had earned but not yet been paid. I then had to transfer money around and ring, sit on hold for over half an hour then talk to the rude staff to pay the balance. If it had said somewhere when I booked that they would demand the balance in three days then I would have just paid in full but that information was withheld. I booked through love holidays with Olympic, love holidays are happy to sell you an Olympic holiday but they are not happy to give you any information regarding check in, boarding passes, tickets or even if transfers are included. It turned out we didn't need tickets that we just had to put our passport information in on the Olympic website and then showed our passports to the rude lady on check in. I only new this because I friend told me after I was ranting at work that there was no information sent to me or on the love holidays website at all regarding this. Olympic use Germania planes and if your are six foot or taller (which I am) then your are going to be very uncomfortable! However I had a brilliant holiday!

I'm sorry to hear that there were some aspects of the booking process that you were unhappy with. If you could provide your HAY/LVE reference then we can look into this further, as if you booked over the phone then the sales agent should have explained this, whereas over the web it states the payment dates before you confirm the holiday.

I'm also very sorry that you found some of our staff to be rude; we endeavour to provide the best service to all customers so I will certainly feed this back to our team.

Regarding the tickets, generally Olympic should need tickets and those tickets should provide all of the information needed regarding transfers/baggage etc. Again, I am sorry if there was an issue in this case and we can certainly look into this further.

I am glad to hear that you had a lovely holiday despite these issues.
