Never use love holidays! Got mis sold an all inclusive holiday and spent the first 4 days or our holiday constantly on the phone trying to get it sorted. Lots of promises but in the end told tough and we would have to pay over £300 to move hotels to one stuck ages away from anywhere.
Totally ruined the start of our holiday and spent so much money on drink that should have been included.

I'm really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience regarding the all inclusive details of your hotel. I believe that we are following this complaint up with the hotel supplier, but if not then please provide your LVE/HAY reference and we can get this looked into.
