Scared, injured & left stranded

My partner had an accident on a swimming pool grate, the hotel staff did not help

The next day his foot was so swollen we went to speak to the hotel rep
They explained from looking at his foot that we needed a doctor
The hotel refused to get a doctor and the manager tried to offer my partner for a fight, Which was terrifying as he sat there injured and in pain

The hotel manager by this point was so angry that he refused us in the hotel, after asking us to pay damage to the swimming pool grate which we had offered (this was an accident and is on CCTV)
at this point I would like to state that the hotel rep was able to relocate us to a new as the hotel rep said this incident was not our fault and this was for our own safety as the hotel manager was insane (to use the reps words)

A doctor arrived and we were taken to hospital in an ambulance
However we were left at the hospital with all our suitcases and no transport to take us to our new hotel

The rep told us to get a taxi which cost us 80 Lira

This was a very scary experience and I would never go back to this hotel
This ruined our holiday and we were so upset that this happened to us
