We booked a holiday online 6-13 March to lanzarote all inclusive.. We were told the hotel was 4* and when we got there it was a 2* we have been back 4weeks and phone several times everyday and each time we are told soneone will ring back ..thee are the worst company ever in all our experience and so unprofessional ..NO Customer care at all ...BEWARE of this company ...DO NOT USE THEM
