No matter what we write words will not capture the true customer care attention received from e-Shores and the outcome of our Honeymoon break - simply FANTASTIC! We first discovered e-Shores on google search, although reviews were few at the time, a simple telephone enquiry, answered by an advisor, reassured us that listening intently to our requirements and delivering our expectations were the company's number one priority. This pattern was reinforced throughout each stage of arranging our honeymoon - even if she was not around colleagues who took messages in her absence were friendly and courteous. She, to us, is a true credit to e-Shores and we would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to book a holiday because of our personal experience.
