I booked myself and my wife on a return flight to Alicante with E dreams.
The return flight was cancelled due to French traffic control strike.
I phoned the E dream customer services and was treated with the utmost of
Respect the gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful.
I explained I was asking for a REFUND for the cancelled flight.
He took some details and assured me he would deal with it.
Within the hour I had an E-mail from him and the REFUND was paid into our bank account within twenty four hours.
Thank you for the respect you showed me and your speedy response.
