I bought tickets from them, on check out showing me £385, received an email and an invoice of £385 but when Ive checked my bank statement I was charged with £465.
Simply a deceive and miss-selling.
They don't have customer service number, the one they have is charges you £1.25/min and email they just simply don't respond.
I have put a formal complaint against them and will advise everyone to do that if they have been through the same kind of experience.
