“poor service ”

i was led to believe this company was ok so i phoned them for a flight when my internet went down,their prices where no better than the dearest quotes i'd already viewed online,so they said they would call me back in a few days with their best offers,no call back so i again phoned them, after 5 mins of sales pitch they came up with prices that were well above the going rate when i expiained i could book much cheaper flights myself on the airlines website, they came out with excuses about...
