“I Feel Cheated and Lied To.”

I made an online enquiry, and when the'Total' price came up at the end, I decided to call and confirm that this was 'THE TOTAL PRICE'. I actually phoned twice, spoke to two different girls, who both said said 'Yes' that there was nothing else to pay. I proceeded to book the holiday and sent my details through. “Never again ”

I will never book with this company EVER again ! I told customer service that I would not be able to go on the holiday I booked after paying £400 deposit for my self and another party ' they had send me chaser emails then sent me an email saying they was going to send bailiffs to my door as they wanted a cancellation fee of a further £110 pounds ' so I called the team to see why they have sent me. As you are aware, you have been dealing with our Finance Department and we are under the belief that this issue has now been resolved. Unfortunately if you wish to cancel your holiday or if you refuse to pay for a holiday, you are always liable to pay cancellation fees. This is the case for all travel agents and tour operators.

The only recommendation I have for anyone considering to use Your Holidays as an agent for a holiday is don't bother, you'll need to book another 2 holidays just to get over the stress of using them as your agent. We have booked to visit Sentido Reef Oasis Senses in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt In July 2016 flying from the UK. (This is flying with Thomas Cook Airlines). We booked to visit Sharm El Sheikh through Yourholidays and all seemed good after finding a great looking price on icelolly. First the advertised price was not offered, and we 'had to take bags' meaning the price was higher once other things were added. I am currently going through the exact same thing and I can assure you that this dynamic booking doesn't even exist, I have been in contact with my airline, hotel and also ABTA who have all advised these charges for a dynamic booking are rubbish. I hope you get everything refunded as this is what you deserve.

“Holiday to Cape Verde when Wowcher holiday had been...”

Initially we were very disappointed not to be able to get our Cape Verde holiday using the wowcher vouchers we had purchased that same day. However the managers at Your Holidays saved the day by securing the same Thomas Cook holiday for us. It was more expensive than the wowcher voucher, but it saved the disappointment of not having the holiday we had researched looked forward to before purchasing the wowcher vouchers. “Gambia January 2015”

A fabulous holiday as long as you remember this is Africa. A 3 star is more like a UK 2 but is always clean and the locals are really friendly. We took a trip into Senegal as this was extremely easy whilst there. Relatively cheap a meal is about £10-£15 for 2 with drinks. “Hotel fantasy. Rhodes . Greece”

The hotel staff on the whole were friendly and it was clean, however there was limited availability on alcoholic drinks, wine, brandy, beer and ouzo only. The food was repetitive and usually COLD. Tea and coffee limited to breakfast and between 4-6pm. Basically I wouldn't recommend this hotel or the company to anyone. I originally tried to book a holiday in a different apartment complex in Fuerteventura, but Ryanair put their prices up just as I was booking, putting it over budget. The holiday booking process was simple however the hotel we stayed in was dreadful. I will never use Thomas Cook again. Their rep in Infia did not care that we were given a filthy dirty room or that we had to pay extra just to get a clean room. “Worst Booking”

Found a package holiday on Icelolly.com who refered me to Your.holidays.com,I spoke to 3 different people all in the same day trying to confuse me as the price quoted online is not the price you pay it nearly doubled in price, I have requested some of my deposit back only to be told I have to pay the full flight payment and some of the hotel fee back along with a cancellation fee which totals over £600, Easy Jet and the hotel have assured me they will not be charging the company the full fee… Read Full Review

This was for a holiday to Egypt - supposed to depart the day after the recent trouble. We never got there. Now I know it was beyond the company's control that no flights were leaving and I completely understand that - but the company didn't even bother to contact us to tell us the holiday was cancelled - not so much as an email! You need to fight for your hotel money back, this company is doing the exact same to me and is a complete joke, however we are not due to fly until July but all flights have been cancelled until October, I have been in contact with ABTA who have advised all money should be refunded, might be worth you setting up a case with them to get your money back
