I was dealt with by an agent and I can only describe him as efficient
informative and very easy to understand.
He provided in great detail all I needed to know to help me make my decision to travel.
My only complaint is I was not informed at the outset of the booking charge etc and when I spoke to another agent he explained he would waver the charge however back to the original agent and I found I needed to pay this.
All in all it is a fantastic service.
