when i spoke/email with your staff member on 30 june. it would have been nice to review my account and let me know the problem--i had no idea that someone had blocked my calender (not i)- or check into my site and why i had not received any bookings for 3 years, when i did originally when i joined. i am disappointed to say the least.
you might want to check your competitor airbnb--they are right on top of things and charge a minimal fee.
maybe my listing is not needed, which would make me sad, as i had a great listings and guests when i first joined. even a reminder email like (we have not heard from you........??) we both lose when there are no bookings.
