We booked in Istanbul, but the appartement we booked, was given away to somebody else. So we got an other one, which was a bad appartement, dirty and smelly and small
We contacted costumer service and they wanted to help us find another appartement.
Also we received a total refund of our money 2 days after.
Perfect!!
