We had to cancel a booking in Barcelona because of my fathers stroke. Right now we are having a bad time because of this, and the support from wimdu in this situation has been a exceptional.
After talking in the phone with the support team, we have been writing emails with support/Sheryl. Every time it was in a very respectful language and she showed understanding for our situation.
All correspondence has been quick and we have received our refund as promised. In fact it was very quick and we had the refund in 3 days.
We give our best recommendation and a top rate to wimdu.
