I booked accommodation in Sicily thinking the house had two bedrooms. I had emailed the owner but when I didn't get a reply I assumed it would be ok so booked it. Some hours later the owner replied that the house only had 1 bedroom. I raised the issue with Wimdu and pointed out that the advert stated 2 bedrooms in the headline but was more vague in the wording and there were limited pictures, but the owner had now replied stating only 1 bedroom.

The advisor handled the issue and had it fixed within an hour, cancelling the reservation and issuing an immediate refund. Its a pity other internet traders do not have this level of customer server. Car Trawler for instance are impossible to contact and I won't be doing business with them again for sure!! However Wimdu will be top of my list.
