I had made a reservation for an apartment in Stuttgart in January when suddenly the owner of the apartment cancelled the reservation. This, of course, was bad news, but I immediately got a letter from Wimdu explaining the situation to me, and they offered me a rebate of 50 EUR on the following reservation. They helped me in any way to find a replacement and to communicate with the owners. They explained carefully how I should use the voucher, but nevertheless I did it all wrong. After having explained that to the support person, she instead offered to transfer the money to my bank account. That's good service.
