I had some problems while making a booking with my voucher, which code suddenly diappeared. I was very nervous and disappointed, I thought I had lost my voucher. than I phoned the help in Amsterdam, he understood my problems and helped me by sending another voucher so I could continue my booking.I have more positive experiences with wimdu, if you are in trouble and you write a mail they answer within a day and they do their utmost to resolve the problems. If necessary they even phone the host for you if you don't succeed to get contact with your host at the moment of your yourney and they contact the host if you have a special question.the people of Wimdu never leave you alone ! you know that Wimdu ALWAYS support you! I love wimdu and I have recommended Wimdu to my children also and to my friends.
