Booked a place in Amsterdam through Wimdu, which they then cancelled a couple of weeks before we went. They then suggested an alternative place there which we went to instead, only to find it had half the rooms it advertised, was in a terrible state and the roof leaked when it rained!! As it didn't rain until the second day, we didn't complain until then, only to find that their rules are that if you have a complaint you must register it within 24 hours of arriving!
So we were stuck with an appalling, leaky apartment with no hope of any sort of refund. THANKS WIMDU!!!!!
