Wimdu, shoot-first & ask questions later!

Awful company, with a terrible website and just a clone of many others, with loads of bugs and technical errors. Ghastly customer services, poor response, bad telephone manner, bad treatment of customers. I can imagine poor staff training and lack-of direction in every way. God knows what working conditions are, poor souls! False promises, with the intention of only getting your money. No after support for the host, poor treatment to the host after sign-up on the website. Up to ten days of waiting for the money to be un-blocked after making a reservation???? Vouchers that have no function and maybe could have been created by a monkey on a Ferris wheel. No checking of the accommodation, prior to upload on the website’ seems also very likely. No account deletion, when requested several times. Last minute cancelations and no support, you could be left stranded in the middle of Timbuktu, wimdu would not care. My advice is to stay way clear of this company. I have had really bad experiences and would not use them again!
