This is the fourth time we've used this discount service !! We've gone cheap and took the risks and had one year iwith problems because they dropped the ball and we forgot to check then we were in Australia with a bad flight home for connections and they fixed it in the middle of the night!! This trip we went safe small discount and we've got a great trip planed with an efficacy we could have only hoped for!! We've used three agents and this time we used Markus and he even helped me changed seats during the big basketball game!! Wow service night and day!!!
