I discovered this company while searching Google. Their prices were amazing so I decided to try them out. I flew from SFO->Munich and paid for Business Class. The timings weren't great, but the price was killer. Then one day before my flight, Matt calls, gives me a new flight with better times and puts me in First Class for a very reasonable charge. Wow. So I used the company again for the same trip. I paid for a First Class out and Business Class return because of the timings. Because of poor weather in Frankfurt, I asked Matt to change my flight to Munich. A few hours later, I'm flying First Class from Munich for a small fee.
