i booked a trip to disney paris and needed to pay in full by beginning of october, in the mean time i moved and trying to advise them of my new address was dreadful,after being on hold for 10 minutes I got cut off, I rang them back the next day and was on hold for 15 minutes, when i paid the final amount i was told to email them with my new address this i did, i got a response saying it would be dealt with in 5days, a week later I hadnt heard anything from them so I rang them again to be on hold for another 15minutes then when i spoke to an advisor he told me the address on file was my old one, so i went through it all again, it has now been changed but for a company this size this was unacceptable and very inefficient i will never book with them again. I thought the uk site would be British but it was American.
