Rip off merchants!!

Ordered vouchers from Groupon to Barcelona with Viva Holidays and was supposed to be a cheap holiday. Phoned to book and was told I needed to fill in an email booking form, which wasn't ideal as I wanted to arrange it there and then. Then they took 3 days to respond just as I sat down to watch the Olympic tennis, not their fault but who phones on a Saturday lunchtime?? Then when I did speak to them I had to pay an extra £47pp for decent time flights, but if you went direct to Ryanair these flights cost £50 each so I was being charged for the flights twice!! The hotel could be booked cheaper on Expedia as well. Then they changed the dates I wanted as the hotel was fully booked and they tried to fob me off with a "better" hotel even though the location was miles away and there was no pool, even though they said it did!! I checked the website and there was no pool at that hotel. So I agreed to the date changes, but I feel I have been robbed as it is now costing me more than if I did it myself :( When I questioned the charges with Viva they tried to fob me off saying RyanAir didn't show the true cost of the flight etc etc, I spoke to a supervisor and he then spoke to Head Office and the best they could offer me was 15% off my next booking, as if I would ever use them again!! Avoid like the plague!!
